2025 - 2026 Registration & Tuition Information

The following registration and tuition information is for the 2026/2027 school year.

Registration Fee

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee for each student, of $400. Registration fee covers insurance, books, Catholic Television Network, testing/assessment costs, Archdiocesan fees, and agenda planners or composition type books for appropriate grades.

Participation Status: At the end of second quarter, a judgment will be made as to whether you have fulfilled the participation requirements of your agreement. If you have not, you will be notified and automatically changed to the tuition costs of a non- participating family.

Plan A - Saint Robert Church Participating Families

If you are a Catholic, participating family you are expected to complete all three areas by:

  1. *Regularly support Saint Robert Church which includes regular family attendance at Mass and/or a role in a parish ministry group as well as financial support either through E-contributions or parishioner envelopes with identification numbers turned in at Mass, and support of the Archdiocesan Annual Appeal, which helps to provide assistance to the parish and school as a whole.
  2. Participate in our Scrip program and mandatory 40 service hours completed by April 1, 2027.
  3. Support the school’s fundraisers, including the Parish Festival (4 hour minimum), Spell-a-Thon, Fun Run, St Robert School Auction. These activities help to keep tuition costs affordable.

*Non-Catholic families should plan to complete #2 and #3 to be considered a “Participating Family”. We welcome all St. Robert families (regardless of denomination) to worship with us in our Church and participate in our Church monetary giving program as well.

Plan B - Other Church Participating

  1. Families participating in another Catholic parish, Protestant or Orthodox congregation. A letter of verification from the Pastor must accompany registration indicating weekly attendance and financial support was given.
  2. SCRIP program and mandatory 40 service hours by April 1, 2026.
  3. Support of the school’s fundraisers, including the Parish Festival (4 hour minimum), Spell-a-Thon, Fun Run, St Robert School Auction, has helped to keep tuition costs affordable.

Families choosing Plan A or Plan B must also complete the following requirements:

  1. MANDATORY SERVICE HOURS: All parents are required to provide a minimum of 40 hours of service, per family, by April 1, 2026.
  2. SCRIP PROGRAM: In addition to the obligation of the family according to their participation category, each family will have one of two options:
    • Option 1 - Agree to purchase $3000 worth of SCRIP. $1500 of SCRIP must be purchased by November 1st, 2025 and the balance of $1500 must be purchased by April 1st, 2026.
    • Option 2 - At the time of Registration pay an additional $300 in lieu of SCRIP.
  3. In addition to the above, parents will, to the best of their ability, purchase or support Festival Raffle Tickets, Dinner Dance/Auction Tickets, Spell-A-Thon, Fun Run and other school fundraisers. These programs help to keep tuition costs affordable.

In this school year, a judgment will be made at the end of the first semester as to whether you have fulfilled the participation requirements of your agreement. If you have not, your tuition rate will automatically be changed to that of a non-participating family.

Plan C - Non - Participating Families

A non-participating tuition plan allows families to opt out of required school fundraising or volunteer participation commitments by paying an additional fee as part of their tuition agreement. Families on this plan are not obligated to meet fundraising minimums, participate in school fundraisers, or complete participation hours that are otherwise expected as part of the school community agreement.

Divorced or separated parents must file a court-certified copy of the custody section of the divorce or separation decree with the principal's office. The school will not be held responsible for failing to honor arrangements that have not been made known.

Move to Non-Participating Rate

Families who did not turn in assigned parishioner envelopes during Mass; families who have not joined a St. Robert Church ministry; or families who have not joined e-Contributions will automatically be moved to Non-Participating on January 16, 2027.

Technology Fee

Incoming 6th graders will incur a technology fee to cover the cost of a brand new chromebook which will be student property (and theirs to keep after graduation.) The amount of the fee for the 2026/2027 school year is $315.

Graduation Requirements

Graduating students whose families do not fulfill all requirements of their chosen tuition plan may not be eligible to participate in the school sponsored Graduation celebrations or ceremonies. All contractual obligations must be completed no later than May 21, 2027.

Tuition Payment Plans

  • There will be a 2% discount for payment in full prior to July 10, 2026.
  • There will be a 1% discount for payment in two installments, with the first payment made prior to July 10, 2026 and the final payment made prior to January 10, 2027. THE DISCOUNT WILL BE MADE AGAINST THE FINAL TUITION INSTALLMENT.

The discount may not be permitted if payment is made after the before-mentioned dates.

Monthly payments must be made through the FACTS Automatic Tuition Management Program.

PARENT PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

All families must agree to adhere to all school rules and regulations as explained in this school handbook.

Service Hours

Families on Participating Tuition must provide a minimum of 40 hours of service during the school year. The service commitment must be fulfilled by April 1st of the current school year. Each family will be provided with a time card. This time card will be sent home at the beginning of the school year. These cards are to be kept in the possession of the individual family and are to be filled in by each family. It will be the responsibility of each family to ensure that all entries are correctly entered, time cards are submitted as indicated, and all mandatory hour requirements have been met.

Submission and Review

When the Service Hour Time Cards are submitted, they will be entered into an on-going computer list. The pastor and principal will review that list. Time cards are to be submitted the weeks of: December 1, 2026 and March 2, 2027.

General Guidelines

  • Extra hours do not carry over to the next school year
  • Hours may not be donated to another school family
  • Hours completed by grandparents and other family members may be counted
